ARE YOU A NEWLY QUALIFIED NURSE OR DO YOU HAVE A CAREER GAP?

WONDERING HOW YOU COULD BE AN RN IN IRELAND?

This is for you!!!

The criteria for Non-Directive Overseas Applications to NMBI is being renewed.

Until now G3 applicants, nurses trained outside the European union were required to provide an evidence of 12 months of working experience in the previous five years and an active nursing council registration in their country to apply for NMBI registration. The Board of Regulatory Body of NMBI has reviewed this practice on March 24th and approved the proposal to change this criterion. This renewal is under process and will come to action in the near future.

The NMBI communication manager shared this message with Migrant Nurses Ireland recently and it’s a huge and very exciting news for us and all G3 applicants.
