He has 8 years of experience as staff nurse in medical surgical and gerontology and 8 years of experience in nursing management. He has a background of organisational activities at student level and later in socio-cultural activities. He is an active member of INMO since 2007.

Nursing from RCSI, Dublin. She has 17 years of critical care experience and started her nursing career in the department of Multi-Organ transplant Unit, India. She is an active member of INMO since 2005.

She has clinical experience in the department of medicine and surgery and in Nursing education. She had held positions as resource person and guest lecture in the department of hospital management and was an active member in organising national conferences on safe and sustainable hospitals. She is an active member of INMO.

She has experience in critical care nursing (India) and in Gerontology in private and public sector in Ireland since 2007. She was Director of Nursing of a private Nursing Home in Waterford and has experience in administration and management for more than 10 years. She is actively involved in hospital IPC and CNE. She is an active member of INMO.
